The MHT-CET, or Maharashtra Common Admission Test, is an annual entrance exam held by the Maharashtra government. The Directorate of Technical Education is in charge of the exams. This entrance exam focuses mostly on degree programmes in the following fields:

  • Exam Syllabus - 20% of 11th + 80% of 12th State Board
  • Mode - offline
  • Subjects - PCM
  • Total Questions – 150 (50 for each subject)
  • Total Marks – 200 (100 marks for each section)
  • Duration - 3 Hrs.
  • Marking Scheme – Physics & Chemistry - 1 mark will be awarded for every correct answer. Mathematics - 2 marks will be awarded for every correct answer. No Negative Marking
  • Minimum Eligibility: Candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 45% marks from a recognized board/university with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
